DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, accounting or finance, civil engineering or related field, if preferred.
- Relevant experience in a similar administrative role within a Construction Management or General Contracting firm.
- Open to candidates with non-luxury residential or commercial experience who demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
- Provide administrative and financial support to the project management team ensuring efficient project execution and documentation.
- Assist the project management team with Buyout, Change Order, Jobsite Setup, Billing, Project Management and Close-Out processes.

COMPENSATION
- Competitive compensation package, with a base salary of up to $90,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
